When I first saw this one, it made me laugh.
I personally like how it is humorous with the subject, without getting gory.

Vision: 4.5
The angle and perspective are good. The vegetables around the counter add to the effect of a simple kitchen, and add color. They also work to frame the subject- the hand.

Originality: 3
This one gets a lower score, because I have seen plenty of pics that are similar.

Technique: 5
It looks very realistic and, shows a very high level of skill.

Impact:
It was good enough to make me stop and look at this image for a few moments, out of hundreds of others from my group watchlists.
